About the Role

The Collections Agent will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our customers, discussing payment options, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure an excellent customer service experience for PosiGen customers to resolve their past due accounts.
  • Receive incoming and make outbound calls to customers in arrears to discuss payment options.
  • Advise and influence customers on the payment options for debt recovery.
  • Manage customers who are resistant to agent contact by remaining polite, tactful, honest and firm.
  • Handle escalated customer calls and address any collection issues expediently to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bilingual Spanish-speaking
  • De-escalation skills
  • Advanced customer service experience
  • Analytical skills
  • Knowledge of billing and collections procedures
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to relate to diverse backgrounds
