About the Role

In this role, the leader will be responsible for leading the GridOS Platform teams across GridOS Foundation, UI/UX, Data Fabric and additional shared components.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple team responsible for platform and software lifecycle across GridOS.
Actively present leadership updates to GE sponsors and customers.
Work with others to define future technology platforms and architecture for products and services.
Provide day to day work direction for team members engaged in projects and delivery.
Drive a continuous learning culture to help guide improvement priorities.
Ensure scalable standard work processes for interlinking requirements between stream aligned teams.
