About the Role

The Senior Proposals Manager will independently manage and lead the opportunities/and proposals for the North America region in our Industrial segment.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing commercial proposals, contract negotiation and managing commercial risk to secure profitable business for the Power Conversion business.
  • Lead contract negotiations and customer meetings including the legal aspects of the contract.
  • Understand and have the ability to create project cash flows based on the project profile.
  • Development of commercial proposals for low, medium and complex RFQ/RFI/RFP.
  • Ensure compliance with the commercial risk process for all transactions.
  • Communicates difficult concepts and may influence others' opinions.
  • Interfaces with other GE Vernova businesses and works globally.
  • Works with regional commercial and risk teams to identify opportunities for simplification and productivity.
