About the Role
The Industrial Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading and supervising all maintenance activities within the electrolyte technologies department.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily maintenance operations including planning, scheduling and assigning maintenance tasks to the team
Perform scheduled maintenance on production equipment such as Ovens, blenders, dryers, mills, conveyance equipment, and packaging machines.
Train, mentor and monitor work performance to maintenance technicians
Develop and implement a comprehensive preventative maintenance program and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
Lead and coordinate equipment repair activities, including troubleshooting, disassembly, repair and reassembly in a timely manner
Identify and implement solutions to recurring equipment problems
Conduct root cause analysis of equipment failures and implement corrective actions
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures (e.g., lockout/tagout, confined space entry)
Conduct safety inspections of equipment and work areas and promote a strong safety culture within the maintenance team
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance equipment reliability and reduce maintenance costs
Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Order and maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies
Provide technical support to production operators
