About the Role
The Services Commercial Proposals Manager will lead the tendering phase of proposals for Services jobs such as condition assessment, parts supply, upgrade & retrofit, maintenance & repair for Hydro assets.
Responsibilities
Own customer interface in collaboration with the sales team
Analyse technical, commercial and contractual specification of customer
Lead and participate as required to site walks as needed
Deliver redlines to Terms and Conditions in coordination with Legal team
Assess competition landscape
Drive the tendering team
Set and drive the strategy to win the deal as a team, including market and target price analysis
Lead the validation of the offer internally before submission to client
Deliver the offer and lead the negotiation with customers until the award of the deal
Handover the full extent of final technical, commercial and contractual information to the project team in charge of the execution
Drive a post-mortem analysis of any offers delivered
