Responsibilities

• Support the India MD and Transformation Manager in providing strategic insights and operational support.
• Facilitate and drive key strategic initiatives, from planning through to execution, ensuring they align with the organization’s goals.
• Manage critical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Ensure preparation of high-quality presentations and reports for executive meetings and external stakeholders.
• Serve as a liaison between the India MD and other teams, and external partners to ensure smooth operation and communication.
• Regularly update senior leadership and all relevant stakeholders on project progress, key findings, risks, and issues.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of deliverables by adhering to Fluence standards and expectations.
• Enhance organizational performance by driving continuous improvement and organizational change initiatives.
• Conduct secondary research to gather relevant data, insights, and benchmarks to support Fluence strategies.
• Organize, manage, and analyze datasets.
