The Energy Remanufacturing Supervisor leads a large team of skilled Reman Engineering Technicians and Associates supporting RCA and Service Manufacturing at Tesla’s Energy Manufacturing facilities.  The Energy Remanufacturing Supervisor works with a diverse cross-functional team supporting every phase of Tesla’s RCA development and service manufacturing execution, including hand-building low volume engineering trials, executing extended product validation builds, validating equipment and process readiness for production launch, and preparing for product launch.A successful candidates will demonstrate superior leadership and communication skills; a background in low volume, high variability production; and an excellent work ethic.
