Tesla's in-house Lithium Refinery is located in the greater Corpus Christi area of Texas. This investment is critical to our mission to accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy and represents our efforts to aggressively increase the supply of battery-grade lithium hydroxide available in North America. We are seeking a Maintenance Execution Leads to help further our mission. As a Maintenance Execution Lead, you will interface closely with the Project, Commissioning, and Operations teams ensure that all field work led by Tesla is safely and efficiently executed according to Project specifications. Once the unit is fully operational, you will work closely with the site's Planners, Specialists, and Engineers to ensure that planned work is well-understood by Technicians and Contractors and is safely executed according to these plans. You will also lead the planning and execution of break-in work required to keep the unit online. This position will be required to work a shifting schedule until the site is stabilized, leading multi-disciplinary crews through complex jobs with little oversight.
