Accelerate your education and career with the Tesla Manufacturing Development Program (MDP). Through MDP, you will be registered for a 10-16 week Certificate of Achievement at Ohlone College, Fremont, CA, Diablo Valley College, Pleasant Hill, CA, Laney College, Oakland, CA completing credits of Electronics, Robotics Programming, Mechanical Systems, and Technical Drawings. Once the program has been completed, you will have the opportunity to transition into a full-time Production Associate in the Tesla Fremont Factory or Lathrop Megafactory, working with the same equipment and systems you learned about in the classroom and understanding the manufacturing process.
