Tesla is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join the Production Engineering team at the Gigafactory in Sparks, NV. We are seeking an energetic, skilled, cost-conscious, team-oriented individual to be responsible for the performance of equipment and maintenance technicians on shift. The incumbent will manage a team of technicians to ensure that perform at a high level while meeting the needs of the production floor. The individual will be responsible for all production engineering-related metrics for their shift. He/she will performance manage their team to generate the highest value from every employee while maintaining a high level of technical ability.
