Responsibilities

• Designs, develops and updates curriculum, courses, instructional materials, and other instructional information consistent with adult learning theory.
• Creates interactive and engaging learning experiences, curriculum and course content.
• Develops instructors and facilitation manuals; coaches trainers.
• Keeps current on best practices in instructional design.
• Assists subject matter experts in defining course outcomes and objectives.
• Designs and produces learning materials in various formats.
• Collaborates with subject matter experts and team members.
• Ensures courses developed are compatible with the Learning Management System.
• Leverages existing tools and resources for course effectiveness.
• Stays current with new technologies and applications.
• Completes professional development.
• Ensures all training programs have clear training objectives.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
