About the Role

Your role as a Field Service Technician will see you performing scheduled and unscheduled servicing including troubleshooting, breakdowns, and repair of the latest generation of GE’s Cypress wind turbines and site infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Perform scheduled and unscheduled servicing including troubleshooting, breakdowns, and repair of wind turbines.
Join the site team in undertaking tasks including annual maintenance, retrofit works, major component exchange and fault finding.
Ensure all work is performed in accordance with the organization’s JSA, LOTO, EHS and associated policies/procedures.
Maintain reports using GE’s various software management tools and databases.
Perform high voltage switching operations according to site procedures as required.
