About the Role
As Soligent, the leading pure-play solar distributor in the US, continues to grow rapidly, we're seeking a highly skilled Director of Sales Operations to lead and optimize our sales processes, tools, and analytics.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales operations strategy that aligns with Soligent's growth objectives and enhances sales productivity.
Oversee and lead a high-performing team, including the Sales Enablement Manager, Customer Experience (CXP) Manager, and Sales Data Analyst.
Manage the sales operations function, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting.
Work closely with the sales leadership team to identify and implement process improvements.
Collaborate with the CXP team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage data requests from the executive team, providing timely and accurate reports.
Drive the development and continuous improvement of sales tools, processes, and systems.
Provide insights and recommendations based on sales data and analytics.
Monitor and report on key performance metrics.
Ensure that sales enablement initiatives are aligned with overall company goals.
Drive cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, and operations teams.
Serve as the key liaison between sales and other departments.
