About the Role
The Delivery Manager is a pivotal part of the services organization, who owns the project’s Delivery Model and is the Technical Leader on the Project.
Responsibilities
Share responsibility with the Project Manager for scope management, schedule, risk management, and quality management.
Accountable for the end-to-end software delivery to meet the schedule, cost and quality commitments.
Build effective Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and accurately track, update, and report task activity progress.
Communicate effectively with Project Manager, Customer, Project team on project and technical items.
Trigger and validate engineering Gate Reviews within GE and the customer.
Utilize software delivery performance measurement tools and indicators.
Drive excellence in execution through continuous improvement and change management.
Work with one or more Scrum Teams to execute and deliver solutions for customers.
Validate project scope review in coordination with the Solution Design team.
Assist in the tendering process for project proposals or change requests.
