About the Role

The plays a critical role in enhancing companywide performance by managing talent platforms, integrating data, and providing valuable insights to employees and stakeholders. This position will support employee engagement, performance tracking, and strategic communication to foster a strong and aligned workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain employee engagement and performance platforms, including CultureAmp, 360Learning, Kudos, and Quantive.
  • Provide integrated reporting and actionable insights on employee experience and performance metrics across all levels within the organization.
  • Collaborate with corporate communications to develop and distribute strategic communication materials aligned with the company’s brand.
  • Maintain accurate and organized compliance training records to ensure regulatory standards are met.
  • Support the implementation of employee-focused programs and initiatives that promote engagement and development.
