Responsibilities

• Support the EHS Manager in monitoring and reporting on EHS performance, including the development and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Support the region database management for the Asia Pole for accurate reporting through GE digital systems such as Gensuite, ComplyWorks, etc.
• Maintain accurate EHS records and ensure that all including required permits and licenses are in place and up to date at Taipei HQ.
• Provide EHS support to the project team, including incident management, investigation, and reporting, as well as emergency response planning and execution at Taipei HQ.
• Occasionally, be involved with EHS inspections, audits, and risk assessments of the project site to identify and mitigate potential hazards and risks.
• Support in developing EHS trainings and awareness programs for project team members, including contractors and subcontractors, to ensure compliance with EHS policies and procedures.
• Participate in the development and review of EHS policies and procedures, and recommend improvements to existing processes to ensure continuous improvement in EHS performance.
