Key Responsibilities
Develop new business and secure new customers through direct and indirect sales.
Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, partner sales, and marketing teams to drive success.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction.
Lead pursuit teams and develop account plans to achieve sales targets.
Manage sales pipeline to meet or exceed quotas.
Work with channel, GSI, and ecosystem partners to position solutions.
Develop and implement strategies to close deals consistently.
Present proposals and communicate the benefits of enterprise storage solutions.
Requirements
Experience with direct and indirect sales on Commercial Enterprise accounts, with a proven track record of exceeding quotas and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
At least 5 years of field sales experience in a relevant sales role.
Experience working with Channel, GSI, and Ecosystem Partners to position solutions and develop business opportunities.
Advanced prospecting skills required for engaging new customers and developing new business opportunities.
Business fluency in Swiss-German and professional proficiency in English.
Strong drive for sales, relationship building, and a goal-oriented attitude with the ambition to drive change.
Knowledge of cloud computing and Data Centre Architecture relevant to enterprise storage solutions.
Excellent time management and communication skills to effectively present proposals and communicate with customers and internal teams.
