Job Description

The Environmental Senior Program Manager at Woodard Curran is responsible for overseeing all aspects of program management for complex environmental projects, ensuring safety, quality, financial performance, and client satisfaction while collaborating with various teams to achieve organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of program management for assigned Tier 1 clients, including planning, contracting, implementation, closure, and post-project close-out.
  • Collaborate with client program teams and internal teams to strategize and implement program initiatives.
  • Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement.
  • Oversee multiple projects to ensure program goals are met while managing budget and funding channels.
  • Support Project Managers and project teams for consistent program and project delivery.
  • Ensure technical execution of projects and their deliverables.
  • Manage business aspects of programs and projects, including risk management, scope, schedule, budget, and billing.
  • Oversee multiple Project Managers with minimal oversight.

Requirements

  • Works collaboratively with and coordinates regularly with client managers to ensure that regular communication occurs to link strategy to deliverables.
  • Develops program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement, maintains organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance.
  • Oversees multiple projects, ensuring program goals are reached while managing budget and funding channels for maximum productivity.
  • Provides support to Project Managers and project teams to ensure consistent and efficient program and project delivery.
  • Responsible for the technical execution of the project and its deliverables.
  • Oversees all business aspects of the program and projects, including risk management, scope, schedule, budget, change orders, project closure, billing, and payment.
  • Ensures consistency across projects and Project Managers supporting the key clients.
  • Oversees multiple Project Managers with minimal oversight.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% for local travel.
