Job Description
The Regional Sales Manager at Astrodyne TDI is responsible for driving sales growth and managing a team of sales representatives in the West Region, focusing on custom power conversion solutions across various markets. This role involves developing business strategies, fostering key account relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs and achieve revenue targets.
Responsibilities
- •Develop and execute a robust business plan to penetrate accounts and drive sales.
- •Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 5 regional sales reps.
- •Forge and nourish professional relationships with key accounts.
- •Negotiate and prepare pricing strategies for management approval.
- •Collaborate with Marketing and Engineering to craft proposals.
- •Maintain high customer satisfaction and manage sales leads.
- •Drive internal teams to meet customer needs and achieve revenue growth.
Requirements
- •A Bachelor’s Degree is required; an Engineering degree is even better.
- •5 to 10 years of proven sales experience within the territory, ideally in the Power Supply industry or EMI Filter sales.
- •A well-established network within the Industrial, Medical, Military, Aerospace, and Semiconductor markets.
- •Exceptional leadership qualities, with the ability to coach, inspire, and drive performance.
- •Highly advanced communication skills, allowing you to negotiate and influence with tact and diplomacy.
- •A willingness to travel extensively, with approximately 50% travel required.
