Job Description
The Product Cost Intern at Rondo Energy will focus on refining cost estimation systems for the company's product line, identifying opportunities for cost optimization, and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance cost projections and documentation.
Responsibilities
- •Develop cost estimates for Rondo's global product line
- •Build and refine systems for documenting estimates of product costs
- •Collect and analyze cost-estimate inputs from multiple stakeholders
- •Make recommendations to reduce product cost uncertainty and improve estimates
- •Improve documentation and visualization of estimates using software tools
- •Distribute and communicate cost estimates across the organization
- •Assist in building project proposals and identifying risk requirements
- •Contribute towards cost reduction assessments
Requirements
- •Completed or in progress Masters degree
- •Self-starter mentality and ability to get the job done with minimal input
- •Strong ability to work in cross functional teams and manage stakeholders across multiple functions
- •Comfort with uncertainty and ability to come up with high-level estimates and support them through research, expert validation and iterative problem solving
- •Ability to draw meaningful conclusions from multiple sources of inputs
