About the Role
Energy Solutions is currently seeking a highly experienced Vice President to lead our Energy Efficiency Department of over 100 employees.
Responsibilities
Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to drive employee engagement, ensure accountability, and achieve results
Maintain and build trusted relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders
Collaborate with senior and executive leadership in setting and driving organizational vision, operational strategy, and leadership development
Translate strategy into actionable goals and execute relevant projects/initiatives aligned with the organization's goals
Collaborate with senior leadership to assess and improve policies, systems, and processes throughout the organization
Continue to grow the group and the company at a sustainable rate
Business Unit financial performance including all programs in the EE department portfolio
Report regularly to the President and C-suite on the organization's performance, opportunities, and challenges
Prioritize objectives and implement strategies to achieve company initiatives as part of the leadership team
Structure, recruit, and manage a high-performing leadership team
