About the Role

As Technical Writer - Training Content Developer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality documentation and training that contributes to the overall success of our Fluence products.

Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with new product/program development in creating new technical documents and/or training modules.
  • Author multiple documentation and training packages tied to support Fluence products.
  • Sustain all current documentation by taking on work requests for updates, corrections, and additions needed.
  • Develop a strong understanding of document structure, the subject matter, formal grammar rules, and departmental and industry procedural and stylistic standards.
  • Follow standard guidelines as per International Technical Writing Standards.
  • Work with Engineering and Subject Matter Experts to obtain content.
  • Collaborate with the team to increase efficiency and reduce product development cycle time.
