Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally with Software & Controls teams to gain a technical understanding of Fluence software, digital, & controls platform.
• Work cross-functionally with the Product team to provide product internal & external documentation that supports the Fluence vision and roadmap.
• Create product & technical documents, such as manuals, guides, drawings, certifications, datasheets, and Help systems.
• Create software release notes on a regular cadence to highlight features, updates, and notes for Fluence software, digital, & controls platform.
• Write clear, easy-to-understand documents depicting highly technical subjects.
• Work with minimal direction toward predetermined goals and solve problems before they are experienced in the field.
• Develop a strong understanding of document structure, subject matter, formal grammar rules, and departmental and industry standards.
