Tesla’s Engineering & Design Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) team is seeking a flexible, highly organized, and hard-working candidate to execute and continuously improve its’ advanced and in-person EHS training programs. Individuals should have a passion for and understanding of personal development through the training process. Must have outstanding communication, presentation, and strong organizational skills while demonstrating a positive, motivational, and professional appearance. The EHS Technical Training Specialist will deliver content that enhances Trainees’ understanding of how they can improve operational performance through EHS competency and is capable of quickly adapting the training to the needs of the specific audience.
