About the Role
Factorial Energy is seeking a Project Manager to join our team in our Cheonan, Korea location. This person will be responsible for leading the advanced engineering projects to design and develop the next generation lithium metal battery.
Responsibilities
Develop and oversee detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocations.
Conduct regular meetings to assess project progress and address any issues, ensuring clarity in roles and deliverables.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer interactions, managing demands, complaints, and providing systematic solutions.
Coordinate with internal resources to ensure project execution aligns with planned schedules and objectives.
Facilitate product development from concept through to production, ensuring technical and quality standards are met.
Generate regular updates and presentations for management based on team input and project status, working effectively with cross-functional teams.
Employ creative problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and ensure project success.
