About Tesla

Tesla’s Cell Manufacturing Team is looking for a highly motivated individual to manage new electrode manufacturing engineering projects. This is a cross-functional role that requires coordination between many different groups primarily within Tesla. You will interface across engineering disciplines within Cell Manufacturing, as well as Production Engineering and Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Factory Design, Construction to drive deployment plans of new internal manufacturing processes and equipment in our innovative Electrode area. You will be immersed in engineering projects from development, design through install, commissioning, ramp, and handover to production. You will use your engineering background to understand the product requirements, technical risks, and validation strategy to accelerate the solutions generation and deployment process. You will communicate and present project status, highlight schedule risk, and develop recovery plans in the event of a project slip. You will be based out of Fremont, California with opportunity for some travel to other Tesla sites and vendors.
