The Autopilot Software Programs team is responsible for scoping, prioritizing, tracking, and releasing autonomy features from inception to launch, including over a dozen active safety features, Actually Smart Summon, and Full Self-Driving (Supervised). As a Technical Program Manager with a focus on software releases, you will update millions of customer cars with new, safety-critical features on tight timelines. You will ensure teams validate their changes punctually, resolve bottlenecks, and communicate risks to relevant stakeholders. You will handle large branch merges and frequent software package signoffs, often more than one at a time. We expect you to be an organized self-starter and problem solver who can jump in to (proactively) resolve inefficiencies in the release process. We believe an autonomous future is a safer future, so success means shipping high quality features with a sense of urgency.
