About Tesla

Tesla is seeking a Technical Editor to join the Tesla Energy Team in Palo Alto, CA. You will create technical content for service teams that shape the future of energy storage and renewables. Successful energy products require high uptime and reliability. You will be instrumental in enabling this through accurate and easy-to-follow documentation that allows service technicians to ensure that Tesla’s products meet the high standards customers expect. As the bridge between global technicians and the larger-scale, global service network, you will need to develop a strong understanding of how Tesla’s systems and electronic control units work. By using in-house tools, partnering with engineers from service, quality, and design, and working collaboratively with diagnostics, training, technical operations, and other teams, you will accelerate the growth of Megapacks, Superchargers, and Powerwalls.
