About the Role

The Technical Document Specialist will work closely with the Engineering Manager to create, maintain, and organize comprehensive technical documentation.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and update documentation for system architectures, technical requirements, and user guides.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to capture technical details and ensure documentation accuracy.
Create and maintain visual representations of system designs and workflows using Lucidchart.
Organize and maintain a repository of technical documents for ongoing and completed projects.
Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to clarify technical requirements.
Ensure all documentation adheres to company standards and remains accessible to relevant stakeholders.
