The Wilmington Field Services Center (WFSC) EHS and Radiation Protection Team Leader will provide technical support and radiation protection technician leadership for the radiation safety function at WFSC, a commercial nuclear field services facility.

About the Role

As the Team Leader you will provide Radiation Protection and EHS oversight for the Wilmington Field Services Center (WFSC) facility.

Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with WFSC Nuclear Safety and EHS reporting requirements.
Review and implement US Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and State of North Carolina Radioactive Materials License requirements.
Promote and help drive a healthy, mature nuclear safety culture.
Perform program audits and assessments.
Prepare reports for management on radiation protection or health physics related issues.
Ensure team members are provided adequate training, resources, and support.
