Tesla’s Cell Manufacturing Supplier Quality Engineer is responsible for critical component development, quality management, continuous improvement, and qualification activities at Tesla sites. The job requires effective communication at all levels both with internal and external teams, conducting failure analysis, leading statistical process control activities for critical components, and on-the-spot critical decision making. Within Tesla's Quality Cell Engineering organization, you will have the data gold mines across design, manufacturing, enabling you to design, create and deploy innovative new risk mitigations and issue into production use globally with physical impact that you can see.
