Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support a Team of DBC specialists on a global scale.
• Support in diagnosing/troubleshooting hardware and software-related issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of all scans, analysis and repairs.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with production, quality and IT teams.
• Provide technical training and guidance.
• Lead or participate in incident investigations.
• Conduct a random audit for the analysis.
• Perform data analysis to secure Zero defect escapement.
