Tesla is seeking a Sr. Service NPI (New Product Introduction) Engineer to expand Energy Service Engineering’s ability to monitor, maintain, and upgrade a diverse fleet of Energy Products. This role supports Tesla’s mission to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy by improving the systems and parts required to service Tesla’s Energy Products – including Megapack, Powerpack, Supercharger, Solar Roof, and Powerwall. The Sr. Service NPI Engineer will be responsible for rapidly solving some of Tesla’s most challenging problems while collaborating across departments such as finance, engineering design, reliability, manufacturing, service operations, supply chain, business analytics, technical publications, training, and tooling.
