About the Role

The Sr. Quality and Continuous Improvement Engineer works as part of a team to build and maintain Fluence’s quality system, leading continuous improvement projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead process improvements through data-driven problem solving
  • Analyze data related to quality performance and prepare management reports
  • Lead/support root cause analysis teams using the 8D methodology
  • Train employees on 8D methodology and lean concepts
  • Participate and/or lead internal quality audits
  • Create, update and improve process documentation
  • Lead various kaizen and improvement projects

Requirements

  • 8D methodology
  • Root cause analysis tools
  • Lean concepts
  • Statistical methods and techniques
  • Supplier quality tools such as PPAP, SCAR
