The Energy Program Manager will be a key member in improving end to end process for the Megapack business globally. This is a highly cross-functional role working with Sales, Engineering and Deployment leaders to drive improvement in the end to end operations of the business. As a key partner to regional stakeholders, you will work closely to understand user pain points, propose improvements in collaboration with stakeholders Technical Program Managers and analysts in order to drive user change and adoption.This individual is expected to be a self-starter able to manage projects independently with limited input and direction from management.  A successful candidate will be an avid and passionate problem-solver, interested in developing a deep understanding of business objectives and business processes; has empathy, skilled in building rapports and removing project roadblocks.
