About the Role
As a member of the Combined Cycle Product Management Team, you will be a key contributor to defining and implementing the business strategy for Generator Services, to globally grow revenue, profitability, and market share.
Responsibilities
Define and drive the Generator Services strategy globally for the Generator fleet.
Support creation and execution of a Multi-Generational Product Plan (MGPP) for the expansion of the Generator Services business.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, regional leaders, engineering, manufacturing, and product management to identify growth areas and define the offerings strategy.
Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver on the Generator Services financial results & operating plans (sales, profitability, market share).
Define, own and direct development budgets delivering on product launches to improve competitiveness.
Understand competitor’s product portfolio and offerings, including value proposition, differentiation, performance and cost, and benchmark against GE offerings.
Understand current and future market needs, by working with cross-functional teams.
Propose product/offerings improvements (cost, performance, execution, delivery cycle, quality/reliability) to increase the value proposition and develop and own business cases when investment is needed.
Support product commercialization, deployment, training, launch and promotion in liaison with marketing, sales, and regional teams.
