About Tesla

Tesla is looking for a highly motivated Sr. Process Engineer to contribute to the development, scale-up, and optimization of manufacturing processes for our cutting-edge Tesla battery cell manufacturing pilot lines. This role helps develop and refine cell manufacturing processes as well as equipment and cell designs through the execution of DoEs and trials. In this role, you will work closely with many organizations taking new battery designs from initial concept into full production.  The battery cell is a critical component in most Tesla products. This role will have the opportunity to make meaningful contributions to our products. The work environment is demanding, fast-paced, and incredibly exciting. The ideal candidate should be ready to push their limits, as they join a highly motivated and capable team to make unbelievable things happen.
