About Tesla

Tesla is looking for a Senior IP Paralegal to join our Commercial Legal team. In this role, you will primarily partner with the IP Legal team in protecting and enforcing Tesla’s IP rights on a global basis. As needed, you will also partner with the Supply Chain and Energy Products legal teams in supporting other business units, such as Tesla’s Global Supply Chain, Sales and Operations teams.The successful candidate must have a solid understanding of IP law, including patent and trademark application and filing processes. The successful candidate must also be detail-oriented and be able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This position will be based in one of Tesla’s offices in the Bay Area of California or at the Gigafactory in Austin, Texas.
