Tesla is seeking a talented Senior Paralegal to join our legal team at our Palo Alto, CA or Austin, TX locations. This role will directly support Tesla’s Litigation Team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical acumen, the ability to manage and prioritize a heavy volume of tasks and duties, a strong facility for detail with a high level of organization, and solid experience with various types of litigation such as premises liability, general litigation, negligent hiring and supervision, negligent entrustment, debt collections, commercial disputes, insurance defense, and arbitrations. The position will report directly to the Sr. Paralegal Manager, Litigation & eDiscovery.
