About the Role

The Sr. Manager – People Platforms for Human Resources will act as a strategic partner between the HR function and IT, ensuring the alignment of technology solutions with HR business needs.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison between HR and IT
Oversee the implementation and optimization of Workday and other HR-related systems
Ensure projects stay on track and are completed in a timely manner
Lead initiatives that support HR’s digital transformation goals
Collaborate with HR leaders to identify system enhancements
Work with cross-functional teams to deliver projects
Drive the adoption of HR technology solutions
Develop roadmaps and strategic plans for HR technology
Ensure that HR systems comply with data privacy regulations
Act as the escalation point for HR system-related issues
Stay current on HR technology trends and innovations
