About the Role

The EHS and Quality Lean Manager role will support the vision to create and maintain a quality and safety culture throughout the entire Gas Power organization in accordance with the GEV lean business strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate to shape and operationalize the continuous improvement vision for specific areas across the EHS and Quality organizations.
  • Translate the vision into goals, objectives and strategies resulting in cross-functional transformation.
  • Work with leaders across the supported organizations to assess current baselines and determine the processes to be improved using the Lean methodologies.
  • Partner with leaders to optimize monthly operating rhythm (MOR).
  • Lead, coach and mentor deployment of the full Lean toolbox.
  • Support simplification of the complex processes and manage cross-functional relationships.
  • Lead Value Stream Matrix sessions focusing on waste elimination.
  • Deliver consistent, measurable, and sustainable year-over-year results through Lean Roadmaps.
