The Sr. HR Solutions Partner, People Analytics is responsible for driving the development of frameworks and tools to operationalize data insights and optimize talent management. The Partner will play a pivotal role in improving HR processes, systems, and automation. An experienced Project Manager, the incumbent will work cross-functionally to coordinate the work of various HR, Data Analytics, Data Engineering, and Product teams. The ideal candidate has a proven track-record leading global business transformation initiatives, a strong technical background, and a passion for leveraging data to inform workforce strategies.
