About Tesla

The Design Technology Platform team is focused primarily on the needs of software product teams developing Tesla's PLM/CAD software platform, used by design engineers at Tesla to develop our consumer products. Our software product teams need automated solutions that eliminate toil for provisioning of environments, software deployment, testing, and code promotion. The team is also currently responsible for monitoring of the production environment. End users of the platform need highly performant and reliable tools to collaborate on design of Tesla's products. Software operations involving large CAD assemblies are resource-intensive and our tools must keep up with our engineer's imaginations.  The team consists of veteran Site Reliability and DevOps engineers. As the Software Product Manager for the team, you will identify and prioritize the most important problems to solve for your customers, collaborate with the team to deliver solutions, and measure outcomes.  This role is based out of Austin, TX or Palo Alto, CA.
