About Tesla

The Crash Safety Software team is seeking a Software Integration Engineer who will be at the center of new development of the safety and restraint systems on all Tesla Vehicles. You will work closely with low voltage, mechanical, crash calibration teams, and external suppliers to ensure features are designed, implemented, and validated to Tesla’s high standards for safety and customer experience. You will employ sound systems engineering principles and software development skills to work through a variety of challenges from defining system architecture and requirements, implementing and testing safety-critical software, to systematically analyzing and root-causing field issues.  The Crash Safety Software team develops and integrates restraint controller functionality that makes Tesla’s vehicles the safest on the road.
