The Tesla Energy Service Engineering Infrastructure and Analytics team is looking for a passionate and collaborative Engineering Manager to lead the Service Software team in delivering the best customer experience and fleet availability across the Tesla Energy portfolio through the delivery of scalable and sustainable distributed software applications, impactful and insightful Ui and Ux applications, embedded software tweaks for service, and a myriad of other tools. This role is an integral part of the measurement and improvement of fleet health, and you will be responsible for leading the team to identify and resolve fleet-wide performance, operation, and maintenance challenges across the growing fleet of energy products. You must be a fearless innovator, leader, and technical voice that provides critical development for the Energy business. This position is well suited for seasoned managers or staff level candidates who want to take the next step and magnify their impact on accelerating the transition to the sustainable energy – this role has a mandate to identify, define and drive tangible change through the organization. As a thought leader within the team, you will be enabled to work across the organization to solve problems and ensure the success of our products working alongside Industrial Energy, Residential Energy, and Solar Product and Supercharger Service Engineering teams.
