Responsibilities

• Function as the front-line leader and provide ongoing leadership of assigned personnel.
• Select, train, develop, and provide ongoing leadership and direction of assigned personnel.
• Assure operation planning - provides direction to support needs of production area.
• Ensure team members are provided adequate training, resources and support.
• Be responsible for meeting the shift's production teams’ strict EHS requirements.
• Enforce a strong EHS compliance culture with emphasis on employee involvement.
• Lead a strong quality culture compliant to the Quality Management System.
• Drive continuous improvement through Lean Manufacturing.
• Proficiently utilize a variety of Microsoft Office applications daily.
• Work with manufacturing engineering, support functions and manufacturing leadership.
• Communicate business goals, programs, and processes to team.
• Promote team engagement and ownership.
• Develop and support the growth of all team employees.
• Serve on the Emergency Response Organization (ERO).
• Other relevant duties as assigned.
