About the Role

The North Asia Service Sales Manager will be responsible for the regional team driving service sales across a range of diverse markets.

Responsibilities

  • Leadership, growth and development of the North Asia service sales and associated support functions.
  • Secure key service opportunities for the North Asia market.
  • Lead and own relationships and opportunities development of key OEM and end user accounts.
  • Working with the regional and global leadership team for the development of growth strategies.
  • Leadership of the services and fleet manager team.
  • Accountability of key business metrics, including Orders, Down Payments and Sales Margin growth.
  • Be the voice of the customer and able to translate their needs cross-functionally.
  • Develop and mentor a high performing commercial team.
  • Ensure operational excellence in the areas of integrity, controllership, and compliance.
