About the Role

Fluence seeks a Service O&M Supervisor to join the regional team covering operations in the Benelux, Nordics, and Baltic countries. The role will be based in the Netherlands but includes travel across Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Remotely manage the BESS system (battery, inverter, transformer, etc.)
  • Identify issues, diagnose the system, and analyse risks
  • Develop and implement solutions for hardware and software using company platforms, tools and libraries
  • Plan the maintenance/repair process, including timeframe, spare parts, and documentation
  • Continuously improve system performance
  • Coordinate, train and lead the supplier’s team during on-site troubleshooting and maintenance
  • Interact with customers to meet their needs, create and submit timely reports, and follow up on requests
  • Ensure safe operations and maintenance activities on-site
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including customers, subcontractors, project management, OEM, product, software and technical teams
  • Record incidents in the maintenance platforms (Jira, Salesforce), track the progress of solutions and investigations
