About the Role

As a Service Engineer, you will join a team of fellow Service Engineers within SPAN’s Operations group, responsible for resolving technically complex product issues and managing field service dispatches.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting and customer service
  • Respond to issues escalated from Tier 1 and 2
  • Shepherd issues through to resolution
  • Collaborate with teammates on troubleshooting issues
  • Participate in feedback loops with Engineering and Customer Support
  • Create and run basic scripts for queries
  • Document and teach what you know to fellow Service Engineers
  • Contribute to the build out of troubleshooting documentation
