About the Role
The Senior Services Manager provides expertise in sustained customer success and growth in the post-sales customer lifecycle through training, professional services, technical support, renewals, outcome attainment, retention, expansion, and customer advocacy with a Digital focus.
Responsibilities
Plan and implement software deployment projects at various customer work sites in the US and abroad.
Manage the project budget and timeline.
Primary customer contact for the duration of each project.
Proactively provide customers with product and services information.
Identify opportunities for customers to get the best value out of GEV software.
Translate customer needs into detailed project plans.
Manage a network of resources in support of project execution.
Identify opportunities to expand the project.
Take part in the writing of reports that describe the results of a project.
Participate in the development of proposals for projects.
